A letter denoted as 532/10/DC and dated 07-08-2018, originating from the District Council, granted the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Blue World City. Following the signing of the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance by the Governor of Punjab, the governmental dispute between the District and the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) was resolved.
As per this Ordinance, all residential housing societies are required to secure approval from the District Council. These deliberations culminated in Blue World City obtaining the requisite authorization, a development that is anticipated to contribute to an increase in plot prices.
